Here you'll find all the information about our shipping methods, shipping costs, and processing times. We ship from Germany to Germany and to all other member states of the European Union.

As soon as we receive your payment, we'll ship your order the same day.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer three shipping options:
- In-store pickup (free)
- Vehicle shipping via our partner Cargoboard
- Parcel shipping for accessories and replacement parts via DHL
4. Shipping within Germany
4.1 In-Store Pickup — Free of Charge
You can pick up your order at our location free of charge by scheduling an appointment:

4.2 Vehicle Shipping via a Freight Forwarder (Cargoboard)

4.3 Shipping of accessories and replacement parts via DHL
Free shipping on orders over 99.00 €.
Items in the following shipping classes are excluded from the free shipping threshold—weight-based shipping rates apply here:

5. Shipping to the EU (outside of Germany)
5.1 In-Store Pickup — Free of Charge
Customers from other EU countries can also pick up their orders in Lindlar free of charge.
5.2 Vehicle shipping via a freight forwarder (Cargoboard)

The delivery times listed refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and begin after payment is received.
7. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email. For deliveries handled by Cargoboard, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
As a consumer, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
The right of withdrawal expires early for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual selection or specification by you, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
