Why an electric motorcycle?
The advantages start with the costs: electric vehicles have extremely low maintenance and energy costs. An average electric motorcycle only consumes around €2.50 of electricity per 100 kilometers, depending on the model and riding style. Compared to combustion engines, they are low-maintenance as there are fewer wearing parts such as oil filters or spark plugs, the electric motor is robust and rarely requires repairs. The vehicle tax for purely electric vehicles will also be abolished by 2030, which will save money in the long term. Further plus points: The vehicles are quiet and low-vibration, ideal for city traffic or off-road adventures. Short journeys hardly put any strain on the engine and the environment benefits from emission-free mobility. Many models also offer smart features such as app integration for range monitoring or theft protection

How fast is shipping and how much does it cost?
As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order on the same day. From an order value of €100, shipping within Germany is free of charge. For smaller orders, flat-rate fees apply, which we communicate transparently. We work with reliable logistics partners who offer secure packaging and tracking.
Are there financing options or are installment payments possible?
Yes, we offer flexible leasing and financing options. For you as a private customer, we recommend Financeabike with low rates and flexible terms. Employers can use Jobroller to provide employees with tax-privileged e-vehicles. Applications are straightforward and processed quickly.
What installment amount should I expect for financing?
The installments vary depending on the vehicle price, term and credit conditions. For example, a Sur-Ron Light Bee can be financed from around €100 per month. Higher-priced models such as 125cc motorcycles start at €150-300. We calculate personalized offers including effective annual interest rates and without hidden fees.
Can I take a test drive before I buy?
With pleasure! Visit us on site to view the vehicles and take a test drive. Important: Test drives are only possible for persons of legal age or minors accompanied by a parent or guardian. Wear protective clothing and we will clarify legal aspects such as driving license in advance.
How are the vehicles registered?
Mopeds up to 45 km/h are registration-free, but require an insurance license plate and liability insurance (not insurance-free!). For mopeds, mopeds or scooters up to 4 kW, liability insurance is required to ride on the road. For 125cc models, you take out motorcycle or light motorcycle insurance, including statutory motor vehicle liability. Extensions such as partial or fully comprehensive cover are optional for more protection.
What is the warranty on the vehicles?
All our vehicles come with a manufacturer’s warranty (2 years on the frame and motor, 1 year on the battery).
Are the vehicles delivered pre-assembled?
Yes, the vehicles arrive pre-assembled. A simple final assembly (approx. 15-30 minutes) is often sufficient. Each vehicle is completely checked in our on-site workshop after final assembly.
