Authenticity of Reviews

On moviba.shop, we display reviews from our customers. In accordance with Section 5b, Paragraph 3 of the UWG, we are providing this information to let you know whether and how we ensure that these reviews come from people who have actually purchased or used our products.

We do not verify the authenticity of the reviews displayed.

Google Reviews

On our website, we display a selection of reviews from our Google Business Profile as well as the overall rating there, for example on the homepage and on the product pages. The reviews are sourced from Google, and we do not alter their content. In principle, anyone with a Google account can leave a review on Google. We do not verify whether the reviewers have actually purchased from us or used our products. Clicking on the reviews will take you to our Google profile, where you can view all reviews.

This integration is provided by the Trustindex service. The note “Verified by Trustindex” or the checkmark next to a review simply means that the review actually comes from our Google profile. It does not confirm that the author has made a purchase from us.

Product Reviews in the Store

Reviews for individual products can also be submitted directly in our store. If a review comes from a customer account or an email address used to purchase the reviewed product from us, it is automatically marked as “Verified Buyer.” No further verification takes place. Reviews without this label are not verified to ensure they come from people who have actually purchased or used the product.
